The food was really good We had the drum/wing combo. The chicken was flavorful and a good portion. The vegetable rice was also really good. The service was great and very accommodating. I would recommend to friends and couples for a date night The music was good as well.

This place has lots of seating, a vibey jazz interior, and quick service. It's a go to for us when we're craving fried chicken. I will say, the fried chicken here is different from your typical Korean fried chicken. The way they bread the chicken is different - it's more of a crispy shell than a direct fry if that makes sense. I prefer this because it tends to not get as soggy with the sauce. For three people, we got a large order of half and half (spicy and soy garlic) wings, corn cheese (not pictured), spicy rice cake (tteokbokki), and an extra side of radish. We were satiated, but could have definitely eaten more. The corn cheese and radish were less sweet than I was used to. I think it would have been better if they were slightly sweeter, but that's just my opinion. The corn cheese was smaller than we anticipated for the price. The spicy rice cake was good and had a lot of various veggies and a lot of sauce - pretty standard in flavor. We come here for the chicken, which is always tender and flavorful with the crispy exterior shell. It does take ~20-25 minutes for them to bring it out, but they tell you that when you order. It's definitely worth the wait! Even though we ordered the wings, we did get some drumsticks in the mix - which was okay since we got the same number of pieces (20) than if we had gotten a mixed combo (which I believe comes with less pieces). For a Saturday night at 7pm, we were able to get seated as a walk in group since there's a lot of space. The service is friendly and fast, which is all you can really ask for at a place like this.

My friend and I came here on a Friday night. I arrived at 5:45pm and she didn't arrived until 6pm. The host led me to our table even though it was just me. When we left at 7:30pm, the restaurant was crowded. I recommend the Korean fried chicken combo. The fries were too well done. My friend enjoyed the drink she ordered. Overall, we had a great time.

This was my second time here. The decor and atmosphere makes it one of the coolest places in the city! I love all the records and the displays. The drink menu is super interesting, and happy hour options are great. The food menu is very unique and delicious. I've tried a few different things, and haven't gone wrong. And of course it all comes together nicely with great service. Will be back for sure!

Came in for a quick drink before our MSG show and we were blown away! The space in itself is decorated with loads of old records, books, and jazz pictures. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich and a mix ordering spicy and soy garlic wings and everything was made to perfection, even their french fries. Our server was extremely personable and attentive. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area!

We stopped by for their lunch specials. There wasn't much of a lunch crowd here as their lunch specials are dine in only. The lighting inside their main dining area was a bit dim but I liked that there were coat hooks near each table. The theming of the restaurant was really nice, it felt on par with themed restaurants I've visited at Universal/Disney. I got the bulgogi and my brother tried the boneless fried chicken breast with soy garlic sauce. Both came with salad and rice. The portions were very generous and we both left fulling full! The chicken wasn't as crunchy as I had hoped but the flavor was good and it was really tender and juicy. The beef was nicely seasoned and tasted like your typical bulgogi. Overall it's a pretty good deal if you're looking for lunch in the Midtown area. The plastic cups could use a bit more TLC as quite a few of them were chipped (which I guess you can't really tell with the dim lighting).

I liked the vibes of TCJ - the decor was cool and the music was fun. We got the kimchi pancake to split and I ordered the chicken fried rice. The kimchi pancake was good, and the chicken fried rice was kinda bland. Our waitress was nice, but it took quite some time to get the check.
